“We needed to treat a tough subject sensitively as we produced a video to educate healthcare workers and the public about the key role symptom management plays in treating critically ill patients. Working closely with hospital staff and family members, we were careful not to disrupt patient care while filming. The resulting video was informative yet poignant. It was showcased at Town Hall Meetings in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Richmond, Virginia.”
